After learning the fundamentals of EPI work in Level I, participants join Level II. Led directly by Dr. Colwell, Level II focuses on learning and embodying advanced EPI practices with intimate and ongoing support from ILC elders. ILC II meets biweekly for 2 hours, plus participants have access to the variety of other happenings across EPI (Essentials, live Fishbowl/Office hours, buddies, events, webboard support, practice groups and more).
