Coaching for Individuals and Couples

Working with me means stepping into a paradigm of 100% responsibility, where you deepen your connection to yourself and learn to trust what you know.

My work has morphed over the 3+ decades I’ve been doing it. At this point, I’m focusing bringing the Evolutionary Power principles I’ve developed out into the world, which means I no longer do traditional psychotherapy, nor am I a typical “coach.” Working with me means stepping into a paradigm of 100% responsibility, where you deepen your connection to yourself and learn to trust what you know.

I treasure community and connection, believing they are the keys to empowerment and healing. I teach many groups and classes, and recommend that most people I see as individuals and couples step into those in some way. This work is about embodiment over time, so giving yourself (and your relationships) that support allows you to truly transform your life.

I train practitioners who work out of Embodied Conscious Counseling. Some of them are more oriented to psychotherapy and some to coaching. If that is what you are seeking (as well as more affordability), I’d recommend pursuing that path (see more information here).

Before we saw Julie, we were fighting and arguing a lot. The arguing lasted for days and we both feel drained and exhausted. We has seen two other relationship counselors, but didn’t see or feel results. I found Julie through a podcast, and was so happy that she was in Boulder. We both bought her book right away. We came to our first session prepared, and in our first session with Julie we immediately saw and felt results.
After working with Julie for a year, we are truly in a fabulous place. If we argue, we are able to get out of it within 30 minutes to an hour, which is HUGE for us. We spend a lot of time in creative mind, thinking about our goals and dreams. We are happy and thriving as a couple. Thanks to Julie and her tools and wisdom. We could not have done this without her.
