Coaching for Individuals and Couples
Working with me means stepping into a paradigm of 100% responsibility, where you deepen your connection to yourself and learn to trust what you know.
My work has morphed over the 3+ decades I’ve been doing it. At this point, I’m focusing bringing the Evolutionary Power principles I’ve developed out into the world, which means I no longer do traditional psychotherapy, nor am I a typical “coach.” Working with me means stepping into a paradigm of 100% responsibility, where you deepen your connection to yourself and learn to trust what you know.
I’ve been carefully examining relationship dynamics since very early in my career, devising a measure and testing it for my dissertation.* My main passion has been to answer the question: What are the most effective and powerful interventions that lead to the biggest, most life-giving shifts in the long term patterns we bring to our relationships? While my methods might seem unorthodox, I believe they are cutting-edge and transformative.
I treasure community and connection, believing they are the keys to empowerment and healing. I teach many groups and classes, and recommend that most people I see as individuals and couples step into those in some way. This work is about embodiment over time, so giving yourself (and your relationships) that support allows you to truly transform your life.
Meanwhile, I train coaches and therapists who are seeking to embody a paradigm that is meaningful, enlivening, and even fun. Some go on to join the Evolutionary Power Coaches Collective, cocreating a wonderful network of offerings and support. If you’d love to get more training in a research-based modality that also supports you to apply your body’s own wisdom, check out the Evolutionary Power Practitioners training here.
