Wow ! Thank you Julia for giving me actual tools I can use. I’ve explored several self help workbooks in the past and found just Q & A for example : How do you react when someone is hurting ? Or, What do you do when someone hurts you ? I already know those answers but would like the tools to improve those responses I have had engrained in me for 48 years now. I can’t wait to learn more !
